MOOV have been announced as one of the Top 50 places to work in TV for 2024.

How would you describe your workplace culture?
Coming together, sharing, working together and succeeding together.
What makes an employee want to stay at your company?
MOOV gives everyone the opportunity to learn and develop in a role – for example, quarterly performance and career tracking reviews that focus on training are aligned to each employee’s ambitions. Employees also get to work on range of high-profile and exciting projects. Work-life balance is prioritised and celebrated.
How have you kept staff motivated during a tough year?
MOOV has boosted morale by empowering standout employees to own certain tasks or projects. One example is a team of top MOOV performers who sit in a focus group supporting the 2024 growth strategy planning. The MOOV exec board provides feedback and direction when necessary, but otherwise, leaves it up to them to complete the work and report back with results.
We also recognise our employee’s achievements, which has included setting up the Star of the Month award.
How have you improved workplace culture and productivity?
Through the creation of an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) that offers health and wellbeing advice, along with a confidential counselling helpline. Bi-monthly founders dinners with up to five employees also enable staff to feel they work in a collaborative, transparent, respectful culture.
What does your company do around sustainability?
MOOV is committed to being a net-zero business by 2030 and is working with Albert to calculate its carbon footprint.
